Electrical Technician

**Responsibilities**:- Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue.- Record technical issues and solutions in logs.- Follow up with customers to ensure their systems are functional.- Report customer feedback and potential product requests,**Requirements**:- Proven work experience as a Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role.- Knowledge of security systems, door access and CCTV- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.- Outstanding problem-solving and multitasking skills.- Posses at least a Diploma in Electronic or relevant field.- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
