Job Responsibilities :
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for laptops and computers.
Perform repairs and maintenance on electronic devices, including screen replacement, motherboard repair, and system upgrades.
Test and verify device functionality post-repair to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain detailed records of repairs and parts used.
Provide technical advice to customers and internal teams regarding device issues.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during all repairs.
Requirements :
Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in repairing laptops, desktops, and related electronic devices.
Strong understanding of hardware components and operating systems.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
