As a Electronics Engineer at MYLAPS, you will be at the forefront of developing and enhancing production and test tooling critical to maintaining our high-quality standards. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations between our Hardware Development team and Production team. Key Responsibilities : Develop and optimize production and test tooling to improve efficiency and quality standards; Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand production needs and implement effective solutions; Provide recommendations to management on areas for improvement in production processes; Ensure new product releases have robust production tooling in place. Required Skills and Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded electronics and application development; Strong Dutch language skills are essential for effective communication with local teams; Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and engage with diverse stakeholders; Self-reliant with a proactive approach to process improvement and quality assurance; You must be eligible to work in the Netherlands. Key Competences : Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for collaborating across teams; Extensive experience in embedded electronics and software application development; Fluency in Dutch is necessary for effective communication within our local teams.
