Electroplating Preventive Maintenance Principal Engineer

The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise. Ensure Equipment and process stability, responsible for Equipment Uptime and Efficiency. Tool owner of electroplating auxiliary tools, e.g. titrator etc. Manage spare parts inventory by balancing tool uptime / efficiency and cost. Create equipment skills matrix training documentation to improve maintenance technicians' technical competency. Drive successful equipment preventive maintenance. Setup and Utilize FDC for Predictive Maintenance. Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Science Min 5 years of front-end semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment working experience. Min 5 years of experience and competency in manufacturing or process engineering. Experience in leading cross-functional teams (process equipment engineering, production). Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural multi-national working environment organization. Experience in front-end wafer fabrication process/equipment/material engineering/manufacturing.Experience in Semiconductor related Digital Manufacturing and Automation. Skilled in OEE, FDC, 8D problem solving, FMEA, DMAIC, TWI. Strength in communication and engagement. Lead cross functional teams (Process, Equipment and Production) in problem solving.
