**EmB Product Portfolio Development** **-** **(**240000M1**)****EmB Product Portfolio Development**- Develop and implement strategies to grow the key drivers for EMB deposit portfolio:- CASA balances- Customer digital active rate via- Velocity- Payment & Collection channels (Both domestic and cross boarder)- Work with respective stakeholders and product unit to support EMB business with products and solutions- Collaborate with EmB, GTB product & external partners to develop and execute deposit / transactional flow acquisition strategies (e.g. Mediprenure, POS partners like StoreHub, Payment Integrator)- Responsible to grow the cards payment channels and product like business debit/credit card and merchant payment acceptance for EmB- Responsible for the fulfilment and product bundling into delivery channel for customer. (eg. Starter Package, Solutioning of products for specific industry, Fulfilment of physical card / providing of QR). To work with vendor and/or internal product team to drive and deliver this for EmB customers.- Monitor and analyse CASA portfolio performance, payment/collection utilization including, CASA growth and profitability- Develop new acquisition channel via Partnership model using existing Channels capabilities (eg. API and H2H)- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions and regulatory changes that may impact EmB deposit portfolio- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, including EmB Sales, EmB product, EmB marketing**Qualifications**- Possess a recognized degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business, coupled with at least 10 years of working experiences in FI/NBFI- Good knowledge in the areas of Cash Management, Treasury Management Services and Business Banking.- Strong presentation and communication skills, influencing and problem-solving skills.- Positive and growth mindset, willing to learn, able to work independently and initiative driven.- Result-oriented and able to work as a team.- Good planning and organizing skills.- Fluent in both spoken and written English.- Must be willing to travel.**Primary Location**: Malaysia**Job**: Transaction Banking**Organization**: MAL TranBkg - Transaction Banking**Schedule**: Permanent**Job Posting**: 08-May-2024, 3:19:38 AM
