The Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Team Lead plays a key role in shaping an exceptional employee journey, overseeing every stage of the employee life cycle to create seamless and positive experiences.
In this people management role, you'll lead a dynamic team of ELC specialists, inspiring and empowering them to deliver excellence.
Partnering closely with line managers, you'll also serve as the go-to expert for employees within your functional area.
From tackling complex HR queries to orchestrating mass requests, you'll ensure every interaction aligns with HR policies, fosters engagement, and reinforces a culture of excellence.

Key responsibilitiesCultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic guidance to leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on policies and procedures while supporting local HR teams to deliver a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
Drive and own the execution of both regular and ad-hoc audits, projects, and transitions, ensuring accurate, timely reporting of HR metrics and data that inform decision-making.
Lead and inspire a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional onboarding experience, ensuring every new hire's journey aligns with the company's standards and values.
Mentor and develop HR Service Advisors, fostering professional growth and instilling a culture of excellence, compliance, and HR best practices.
Provide expert advice on legal requirements to maintain harmonious and compliant workplace environments.
Continuously optimize Employee Lifecycle (ELC) processes to improve efficiency and enhance employee satisfaction.
Introduce innovative solutions and best practices to elevate HR operations.
Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture by addressing employee feedback proactively and ensuring smooth processes across onboarding, role transitions, leave management, and offboarding.
Qualifications and skillsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, talent management, or a similar role with at least 1 year in a people management capacity.
Strong understanding of employee life cycle, HR policies, and employment best practices.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding software/tools (e.g., SAP, Success Factors, Workday, Service Now) is a strong advantage.
Excellent project management skills to handle multiple Employee Life Cycle activities simultaneously.
Proven ability to collaborate across departments and drive alignment with organizational goals.
Analytical skills to evaluate Employee Life Cycle effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Employee Satisfaction: Measure employee satisfaction through regular surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Aim for a high satisfaction score.
Process Efficiency: Track the time taken to complete key ELC processes such as onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding.
Aim to reduce process times while maintaining quality.
Compliance Rate: Ensure all HR processes comply with legal and company policies.
Aim for a 100% compliance rate.
Team Performance: Monitor the performance of the ELC team through regular reviews and feedback.
Aim for high team productivity and engagement.
Stakeholder Feedback: Gather feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of ELC processes and support.
Aim for positive feedback and continuous improvement.
