Employee Services Administrator

DESCRIPTION OF ROLEThe Employee Services Administrator supports the Human Resources (HR) Function through providing a flexible and professional HR service to Line Management and employees, through full alignment of employee related strategies, Subsea 7 policy, and relevant legislation.All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices. Additionally, creating a culture of ethics and integrity within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to our Code of Conduct.POSITION OVERVIEWGeneric Key Responsibilities & Activities; Provide employee administration processing within a Shared Service team for Asia Pacific and Middle East which among others include on-boarding/off-boarding, employee life cycle, cross border transfer, employees' documents management, leave and benefits administrations.Serve as first point of contact for all HR services related issues or enquiries via
