Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Specialist - Your new role?
We are seeking a talented Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role will be reporting to our Employer Branding Manager and part of the Global Talent Acquisition CoE (Center of Excellence) team. This role will be based in our Givaudan Malaysia office in Petaling Jaya.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing & communication strategies to attract top talent, with a passion for storytelling and creating compelling narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage content for various platforms, including social media, digital newsletters, job boards, and company website.
Setup and manage employer branding & marketing campaigns on various digital channels.
Manage candidate communications campaigns with the candidate and talent community. Create campaign reports with data and metrics to communicate to recruitment teams and other stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing.
Support global/regional employer branding and sourcing initiatives, such as careers events and employee referral promotions.
Your professional profile includes:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing or related field.
Min. 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
Ideally some first experience in HR/recruitment marketing/employer branding.
Strong proficiency in writing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
Proficient in using analytics to review effectiveness of campaigns.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
