Description and RequirementsKey Objectives of Role:Primary AP focal to global team and AP markets for offering rationalization and development
Last mile go-to-market enablement for readiness to sell, including resolving last-mile issues, and ensuring seller and part number readiness
Market launches with business ramp-up activities and alignment of stakeholders to activate sales motions
Offering LocalizationLocalize offering delivery for competitiveness where appropriate
Localize articulation and competitive assertion in AP markets and segments
Align asset localization for enablement and campaign support
Meet annual portfolio revenue and profit targets through optimized portfolio mix
Achieve annual revenue and growth targets of stipulated hero offerings
Achieve time-to-revenue targets of new hero offerings
Business BMSAnalyze and BMS sales motions components to identify issues and optimize business ramp-up
Deliver business intelligence and actionable recommendations to stakeholders to enhance business performance
Streamline sales motions to maximize sales productivity and effectiveness
Provide day-to-day support to extended AP stakeholders and teams for offerings
Level 2 support for sales and opportunity pursuit
Serve as portfolio SME for organization transformation projects impacting the portfolio

Reporting StructureReporting into Director, Portfolio Enablement & Business Management Team (AP Services Solutions & Services Group), the candidate will play a crucial role in our matrix organization, collaborating effectively to drive success with the following extended teams and functions:

Global services training team
Global strategic programs team
AP and local sales and delivery teams
AP services business management team
AP campaign marketing team
Corporate functions such as legal, operations, finance
Competences Required:Knowledge and experience with assigned portfolio, including service offering expertise and AP competitive landscape
Mastery in crafting compelling sales narratives with assigned portfolio for AP markets and customer segments
Excellent communication skills across executive and operational levels
Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities
A team player with collaborative skills suited for a matrix organization
Demonstrated accountability and proficiency in working independently
