This position demands the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers and will stimulate your ability to perform activities in a high-paced environment.As an End User Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Providing application support to customers via email and/or phone
Tracking incidents and requests using the Baker Hughes management system.
Troubleshooting or escalating issues to resolution and following all Knowledge Centered Support processes and methodologies
Interacting directly with customers to triage application-related issues and drive prompt resolution by working with relevant teams in the process.
Working with regional and global teams to ensure new customer onboarding, service continuity, and information security.
Maintaining, developing, and following company standard operating procedures. Communicate recurring issues and facilitate continuous improvement
Providing timely and proactive communications to stakeholders on significant issues and developments.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a High School Diploma or 2 years technical diploma. Professional in IT, systems, petroleum engineering and/or related fields
Have a minimum of 3 years of operational experience, added advantage in the Oil & Gas industry.
Have excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications; ITIL methodology is an added advantage
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Be able to work with multi-location teams and to multi-task in a busy, dynamic environment
Have experience in internal and external customer service and management.
Have great attention to detail, experience in tracking multiple sources of information and data points
Be able to be flexible to cover multiple time zones based on the needs of projects
