Position: Energy Management Engineer/Executive
Job Description:
Coordinate and implement Sustainable Energy Management System's framework/procedure and necessary physical setup as aligned with company carbon neutral initiative
Define block diagram for Mechanical/Electrical system in manufacturing process
Data analysis and define mathematical model that can improve energy performance curve
Identify control parameters (energy data) for each Energy Accounting Centre (EAC)
Formulate the overall energy baseline and energy saving target (overall for each EAC)
Control the overall energy index and energy indexes for each EAC by follow up recommendation in operational guideline
Communicate and present the finding from Energy Management System implementation
Formulate energy improvement proposal complied with "SMART" and "BLUE OCEAN STRATEGY" framework tag along with economical factor and ROI/simple payback
Documentation (ISO 5001, AEMAS standard or equivalent)
Conduct internal audit for plant's Sustainable Energy Management's System within the group
Job Requirement:
Possessed at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Process/Manufacturing/Chemical/Environmental Engineering or equivalent
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing plant/related field is required for this position
Well versed in the basics of Mechanical/Electrical/Process/Manufacturing/Chemical/Environmental engineering project/task beforehand
Acquaintances in ISO 50001 standard and AutoCAD will be an added advantage
Critical thinking, good problem-solving skills, can work both independently or in teamwork
Adaptive to complexity of task and deliver on time
Need to travel to overseas subsidiary as and when required
