Responsibilities:
Engage with customers and promote TPS Solution mainly on Instrumentation and Electrical Equipment.
Keep abreast of market conditions and identify project sales opportunities for TPS offered solutions.
Regularly update on the number of sales presentations made, engagement with customers, close follow-up on prospects, update tender and order book, and update sales conversion.
Monitor payment schedules, invoicing, and liaise with the Accounts Department on project payment transactions.
Collect competitive information and conduct cost sales analysis and reports.
Plan and formulate strategies to improve the rate of success in future tender bids.

Responsible for the preparation of proposals, execution of purchase orders, monitoring of project progress and schedule of delivery, coordinating the flow of project information between the principals and clients, interfacing with the principals' representatives and the fabricators during the installation of the equipment/module.
Provide support to the operations team for offshore and onshore installation work.
Provide technical procurement support regarding spare parts sourcing for CAT and Non-CAT equipment.
