Job Description
In your new role you will:
Identify problems or unfavorable deviations, recommend and execute/implement corrective/improvement actions which enhance the quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness in the area of responsibility.
Demonstrate simple to medium mental, analytical skills and problem-solving.
Ability to evaluate problems and provide solutions.
Perform PFA specialist job, i.e.
SEM/EDX, PFA Flow, AFM/SCM, delayering, SRP, AES, etc.
within timeline independently.
Support high impact jobs for IFKM (mainly) and IFX (globally) independently and be the FA representative during meetings.
Deliver comprehensive, conclusive, and high-quality results and reports for problematic wafers/samples leading to root cause investigation.
Responsible for executing KPIs and assigned projects.
Business Process Owned, i.e.
ICO/FAR/Task Force.
Manage the PFA Flow & ICO jobs submission and distribution.
Compliance with lab instructions, VA, APA, and SOP; safe chemical handling.
Adhere to Environmental, Safety, and ESD compliance regulations.
Participate in IFX user group meetings, i.e.
Contributor for Best Practice Sharing.
Ensure 5S is in place while in the office and FA lab.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
PhD/Master/Degree holder in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Applied Science with a major in Physics/Chemistry/Material Science.
0-1 years of experience in the semiconductor or failure analysis field.
Experience in any of the following FA methods:
SEM/EDX, Analytical Service, SRP, AFM/SCM, AES.
