Engineer - Final Visual Inspection

Responsibilities: Responsible on the quality control meet with customer's specification and to ensure production target meet company objective and goal.To responsible on any activity at Auto Visual Inspection process and inspection activities related with subordinates jobs.To manage discipline of the subordinates aggressively with proper action taken within reasonable period where necessary.To make all the necessary quality management system to be use by his or subordinates and make other document reports.To respond to QA & QC related quality matter either internal or customer's complaint.To ensure AVI machine running smoothly or inspection activity without any problem related to manpower or machine matter.To attend meeting on productions scheduling, quality and related with Management etc.
Liaise with other sections to smoothen the activities in the FVI/AVI section.Qualifications: Possess at least a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, particularly in lead frame cutting processes are added advantages.Experience in AutoCAD/Solidworks.Knowledge of FMEA and control plan.Good in the documentation for process specification and work instructionStrong hardware skills to diagnose, install and support a large variety of personal computing devices and peripherals.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
