Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Engineering)
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Production Engineering Engineers specializing in JIG support.
Utilize CAD software to create and refine jig and fixture designs that meet specific production requirements and facilitate accurate and efficient assembly or machining processes.
Manage the implementation of jigs and fixtures on the production line, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing manufacturing operations.
Regularly evaluate and enhance jig and fixture performance based on feedback from production teams and quality control data.
Work closely with production managers, engineers, and machinists to understand process requirements and devise effective tooling solutions.
Ensure all jigs and fixtures adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety before deployment; conduct thorough testing and modifications to guarantee optimal functionality.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all design processes, modifications, and testing protocols, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company policies.
Provide essential training and guidance to production staff on the proper use of jigs and fixtures, creating instructional materials to improve tooling efficacy and safety.
Oversee the budget for jig and fixture development, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of materials and components without compromising on quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
A proactive attitude with a readiness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
