Job Description: The Role: The role is primarily responsible to serve as the Global Quality Systems point-of contact for Document Control and Nonconforming Material functionality and processes in quality systems.This includes sustaining the existing processes and participating in development, testing and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance the existing processes.In this role you will: Review and approve regional/global documents as Document Control Administrator in EtQ Reliance system to ensure the accuracy of documents formatting, structural integrity, and approvers.Guide and advise users on EtQ Reliance system usage and general documentation processes.Learn and become expert in Nonconforming Material system processes.Troubleshoot technical issues affecting daily Document Control and Nonconforming Material activities.Participate in the testing and verification of quality system design changes.Lead the implementation of solutions and continuous improvements, coordinating testing of released changes.Maintain and/or create documentation in support of the process.Work closely with peers in global quality systems to understand linkages between systems and develop automated solutions with the team as needed.Lead or assist in leading smaller projects.Share knowledge with peers and others and support management efforts.Traits we believe make a strong candidate: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline as a minimum Minimum of 4-year experience in a manufacturing environment Proven project management experience Solid communications skills including ability to analyze data as well as develop and present information to various levels throughout the organization Strong command of English language.Experience in developing/managing systems.This includes development of workflows and/or forms to drive a process.Experience / Knowledge of SAP and EtQ Reliance system would be a plus Foundational understanding of quality management systems and/or ISO9001 and processes supporting Quick learner, open and able to adapt with new tasks and processes Your success will be measured by: Your high degree of accountability and integrity while achieving the best results possible Your ability to actively seek solutions to problems and willingness to share your ideas with your team Your demonstrated interest in continuing to learn as well as improve processes Your ability to adapt to change and work under pressure while keeping your safety, quality and efficiency focus
