Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in managing and coordinating the project.
Prepare monthly reports for site projects.
Manage day-to-day site operations, including supervising and monitoring the labor force and subcontractors.
Resolve and guide workers and subcontractors regarding questions arising from drawings or inadequate information.
Maintain all drawing lists and ensure receipt of all drawings and details for site works.
Study drawing details and request information on discrepancies.
Assist in solving project technical issues and submissions.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Must possess at least a Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field is required.
Reliable and proactive working attitude.
Self-motivated with good teamwork skills.
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to handle all stakeholders.
Computer literacy is essential.
