Job DescriptionsJob Responsibilities:
01) Develop and implement improvements to the mechanics and programs of existing automation system.
02) Develop designs, programs and layouts of automation systems with emphasis of mistake proofing.
03) Manage automation projects, equipment purchases and installation, and prepare project or task deliverables for the management and team members.
04) Work closely with internal and external customers and suppliers to resolve technical issues and provide technical support.
05) Mentor junior peers including but not limited to junior engineers, officers and industrial trainees.
06) Provide training and guidance to all employee levels in the operation and maintenance of new equipment.
07) Submit daily working report (DWR) on the same working day.
Job Requirements:
01) Bachelor in Science in Electrical, Mechatronic, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
02) Strong project management skills.
03) Lean manufacturing practices.
04) Understanding and functional knowledge of SLD, P&ID, PLC's, ladder programming, logic control, electronic sensors, single and three phase power distribution, vision systems, pneumatics, hydraulics and robotics.
05) Autocad / Solidworks / MS Office suite.
06) Excellent teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
07) Strong communication skills.
