Job DescriptionBROAD FUNCTIONS :
Coordinate on DET testing and publish results accordingly.
Ensure all data are uploaded to OLSPC in timely manner
Guzik tester capacity and resources planning.
Data analysis
Competitor analysis and FA.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Regular
Work with Sputter Process and coordinate with technicians on DET testing activities and priorities.
Monitor DET results closely and advise sputter process for tuning accordingly whenever necessary.
Resources and tester capacity planning in supporting all DET testing activities.
Involve in drive build and internal component data analysis and provide valuable opinion to improve internal product performance.
Propose DET specification to Product & Sputter group based on process capabilities for specs revision during mass production.
Supervise and coach a group of technicians to perform routine tasks.
Support all DET testing for internal process evaluation.
Understand and accept responsibility for performing jobs safely.
Follow safety and health rules and regulations.
DET lab 7S.
Irregular
Reference generation and head screening for new program.
Failure analysis for magnetic related issue.
Product to product comparison.

QualificationsREQUIREMENTS :
Academic Qualification :
Degree in Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical Engineering / Physics / Material Science.
Experience and Skills Required :
Priority given to candidates with less than 2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Knowledge in magnetic recording and heads will be a huge advantage.
Knowledge of gauge study/statistical process will be an advantage.
