Project Management and Coordination: Assisting with project management. Leading the creation of project plans. Reviewing progress of projects and recommending improvement strategies. Interacting regularly with program sponsors, stakeholders, and project/program teams. Resolving technical/personnel conflicts and mitigating technical risks within projects. Site Supervision and Quality Control: Assisting immediate superior to control daily works on site. Ensuring all PABX-related works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, procedures, and instructions. Ensuring engineers control and monitor works to achieve required quality. Ensuring engineers control and monitor works to meet completion targeted time frame. Supervising, training, and controlling PABX engineers. Technical Support and Documentation: Assisting engineers in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of PABX equipment. Attending site installation works and coordinating team onsite. Providing technical support to internal and external customers related to PABX systems. Developing and maintaining helpdesk standard operating procedure (SOP) and documentation. Client Relations and Pre-Sales: Assisting with Pre-Sales works and proposals related to PABX systems. Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients regarding PABX solutions. Liaising with product/service developers to gain in-depth knowledge for customer relation purposes in the context of PABX systems.
