Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this position, the individual will be responsible for fully supporting the engineer/department manager on the development of the Company goals, strategy, and tactics. The most important being the ability to collaborate with the team to assure the good execution. The individual will collaborate with the team to fully support the company and department goals on yield, quality, and cost, utilization, productivity, and cycle time. Knowledgeable in the semiconductor process flow.
Reporting to management on progress to goals, maintaining high quality product deliveries to customer by data analysis and yield analysis. Technically lead work packages within yield Improvement projects, decide on priorities, drive activities, analyze and present results with cross function team to solve technical and process issue. Analysis of Yield at assembly process & product Final Test to determine and resolve causes of low yield, identify/drive opportunities for improvement through structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5Y, 8D, DMAIC) Coordinate the process yield and work closely with processengineersto improve product/processyieldand to troubleshoot process flow from root causes to equipment, process, and other issue. Develop and implement quality control plan for adequacy and suitability for the production and during new product introduction. Familiar with Control plan, OCAP, WI & FMEA Experienced working in Semiconductor process, especially in FOL SMT process Knowledgeable in production control processes, SPC, data Analysis/interpretation GR&R, Cp/Cpk and correlation analysis, MSA. Knowledge/hand-on in DEK printer, Fuji Chip shooter machine, BTU reflow much advantage. Qualifications Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Material/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Physics Minimum 2 + years of process engineering experience in semiconductor assembly on engineering in SMTprocess SKILLS:
Fluent in Mandarin and English communication, additional language skills a plus. The job nature requires communicate with China/US people if needed. Willing work as the team and collaborate with other functional team for discussion /problem solving. Must have experience and knowledge at Semicon Assembly process, especially on FOL process. Perform Yield enhancement activities, characterization, and test QDN reduction. A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Solid foundation in manufacturing processes and accept flexible working time when needed. Demonstrated expertise in Data Analysis for manufacturing yield enhancement.
