Job ResponsibilitiesOversee and implement processes for the KAWASAKI line, including unloading, unpacking, and kitting activities.
Develop and implement new procedures to streamline the kitting process.
Monitor and control incoming engine lots to ensure correct items and quantities.
Handle part claims with suppliers for shortages or incorrect deliveries.
Maintain compliance with safety stock levels to support uninterrupted production.
Establish and update documentation related to the KAWASAKI and other engine lines.
Ensure documents are optimized for training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Track manpower performance, identifying and addressing mistakes and shortages during the kitting process.
Conduct manpower studies, including cycle time analysis for Material Control processes at the engine line.
Plan and oversee inventory levels, ordering, and supplying engine components for model-specific stock parts to production lines.
Design and set up kitting lines for new models.
