Job Description
Implement ISO requirement to ensure continued certification - Plan, organize and implement all ISO activities which include:
Coordinate and prepare for IMS Management Review
Coordinate and prepare for IMS Internal Audit
Coordinate and prepare for IMS - ISO 9001/14001/45001 Audit.
Work hand-in-hand with ISO 14001 & 45001 and 22301 coordinator
Conduct IMS Internal Quality Audit.
Report findings and recommend for improvement to Management
Be in charge for New Product Manufacturing Readiness Review, FMEA review and Error Proof improvements
Conduct periodic system audit to ensure compliance.
Work on corrective actions if found discrepancies.
Ensure management system is being adhered to
Monitor online system application effectiveness and closure status.
Follow up with relevant people if overdue.
Escalate to higher level if necessary
Participate in cross site QMS IMS audit in Other WD Sites
Any other projects/tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Applied Science
Preferred Skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Knowledge on ISO 9001 Quality System
Knowledge on ISO 14001 & 45001 and 22301 is an added advantage
Knowledge in Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Poke Yoke Concept, Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Able to write proper technical report and good at presenting report
Good communication skill and good teamwork with all levels of employees
