Engineer, Sales & Service Operations

Responsibilities:Communication with customers on aftersales service-related products improvement program, warranty issues, service training programs, preventive maintenance package, and other business opportunities.
Respond to customer repairs including preparing repair quotations, product improvements, corrective maintenance, and recommendations.
Coordinate with the project team on any engineering services extended to customers.
Open and monitor service jobs from initiation to closing and invoicing for customers and the sales department.
Coordinate with the Parts Department for service job-related parts requirements and follow-up on backorder parts.
Daily administration of technicians including allocation of service jobs.
Interpret service manuals and assist technicians with equipment troubleshooting.
Prepare work-pack and work method statements for customer approval prior to mobilizing technicians to the site.
Organize toolbox meetings and evaluate job hazard analysis with technicians prior to mobilizing to the site.
Experience with equipment/machinery sales or parts sales will be an added advantage.
