Job Summary:
- Perform CMOS Technology & Silicon Photonic Wafer Reliability Test and conduct product Lifetime Assessment per industrial references.
- Set up reliability test instrument and perform trouble shooting and optimization for optimum result and turn around time.
- Generate suitable test structure for each wafer reliability assessment.
- Conduct effective reliability performance monitoring plan and drive process improvement where necessary.
- Propose proper qualification plan and reliability assessment to Technology & Fab Process owner.
- Liaise with out-source vendors for reliability test capacity planning & load scheduling.
Job Requirements:
- Hands on experience in wafer probing and ceramic package testing and troubleshooting.
- Relevant experience in wafer reliability assessment with knowledge in statistical analysis.
- Sound knowledge of Device Physics and advanced semiconductor fabrication process and device integration.

Job Summary:
- Conduct complex wafer level analysis, utilizing electrical fault isolation and physical FA tool.
- Establish advanced FA capabilities to support fab operations.
- Perform and drive continuous improvement in FA support.
- Work with customer and provide value add services to resolve excursion and improve yield.
- Keep FA equipment at good performance at all time and explore its analysis capability.
- Manage efficient and cost-effective out-source for analytical support.
- To set-up training programs for FA engineers and technicians.
- Establish and maintain positive interface to other modules and customers.

- Hands on experience on EMMI / OBIRCH, TEM, SEM, FIB & wafer sample prep.

- Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in relevant field such as IC Design, Product Engineering, Product Quality & Failure Analysis, NPI (for Senior Engineers).
