Job Summary:
- To provide technical interface to customers & the fab and ensure smooth exchange of technical data.
- To provide technical program management to sustain the customers.
- To participate in/assist customer sort/FT yield improvement, product development & qualification.
- To aid in customer technology transfer/development, lead/participate in new technology development & introduction program for customer.
- To provide active support/technical expertise to Sales & Marketing to close new business.
- To own & provide technical support to customer tapeout, own & process prototype lot, coordinate/support post-fab customer prototype qualification activities to ramp the proto device into production in shortest possible time.
- Work with Yield Engineering to meet/exceed product yield entitlement.
- Work with manufacturing team to meet the production goals.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Microelectronics/Applied Physics/Material Sciences or related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in relevant field such as IC Design, Product Engineering, Product Quality & Failure Analysis, NPI (for Senior Engineers).
- Skills / Abilities: Device physics, statistical analysis, electrical testing.
Responsibilities:
To involve in PDK development to fulfill the Silicon Photonics Road map.
To work on Silicon photonics component designs, PDK and simulation.
To support the Silicon Photonics process integration and development.
To involve in optical test characterization and analysis to support the process integration, yield debugging and development roadblocks.
To work on the tape out for test chips and specific customer's test chip prior to mass production stage.
To participate in the innovation activities, publication, patents submission and roadshow support to promote Silterra's capability in Silicon Photonics process development and manufacturing excellence.
Major Specialization:Bachelor's Degree in EE/Microelectronics/Applied Physics/Materials Science/Applied Science.
Additional Requirements:
Run & calibrate TCAD deck for new technology/device development.
TCAD support to investigate customer issues.
Layout drawing using Laker or Cadence.
E-test structure layout and maintenance.
Device measurement and analysis.
Support technology development daily tasks (documentation, data evaluation, etc.).
Soft Skills:
To involve in customer's meeting and conference call.
To be flexible in supporting customer's tape out requests in resolving technical roadblocks.
A good team player.
