Job Description We are seeking a skilled ECN (Engineering Change Notice) Analyst to join our team. you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the Bill of Materials (BOM) structure, verifying test programs, and ensuring specifications are accurate and up-to-date within our Agile framework.
Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to support efficient test document management and streamline workflows.
Agile BOM Structure Sustaining: Maintain and update the BOM structure within the Agile system, ensuring all components are accurately documented and reflect current specifications.
Test Program Verification & Release: Work closely with test engineering teams and other test stakeholders to gather test document requirements, provide guidance on documentation best practices, and ensure timely delivery of project documentation.
Specification Verification & Release: Ensure all test documentation complies with relevant industry standards, specification, regulations, and organizational policies before releasing it into the Agile system.
Agile Integration: Collaborate with Agile teams to integrate document control practices within Agile workflows, ensuring that test documentation processes align with Agile principles.
Quality Assurance: Monitor test document accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal standards and external regulations.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address discrepancies.
Qualifications Micro-degree or bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Good understanding of BOM structures and their role in product development.
Proven experience in ECN analysis or a similar role within an engineering environment.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven problem-solving skill and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with verification and release procedures within an Agile framework.
Additional Information Preferred skills Familiarity with engineering principles and practices related to product design and development.
Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
