Engineering Assistant

Job Description Prepare a master plan for preventive maintenance of all equipment in the plant. Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of preventive maintenance based on fault records. Assists and prepare reports, data analysis, and all the documents as requested by the maintenance engineer or engineering manager. Issue PR (N6, N8) perform OV, create workorder, and make sure all the PM tasks are completed and closed in JDE system Roll arrangement for plant mill A and mill B (work together with production and maintenance team regarding the roll change schedule) Arrange monthly break down meeting and work with the maintenance team to analyze the root cause of any failed machines Qualifications Certificate/Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent Additional Information MFM notable awards and recognitions: HR Asia Best Companies To Work For In Asia (Malaysia's Edition) – 2021, 2020, 2019 & 2018 WeCare HR Asia Most Caring Companies Award – 2021 & 2020 Asia Recruitment Awards - Best Onboarding Experience (Bronze) - 2019
