Engineering Clerk

Responsibilities: Assist in preparing purchase orders & liaising with vendors for quotations. Assist in maintaining and updating all records of service reports, purchase orders & invoices. Assist in maintaining accurate information on all assets in the Equipment Maintenance Monitoring System (EMMS). Assist in ordering and maintaining records of all Engineering spare parts. Assist in updating Engineering Work Order Log Sheet daily. Assist in updating Licence Master Schedule and coordinate renewals. Requirements: Proven experience as Engineering clerk would be an added advantage. Good computer skills Strong command of English and customer service skills. Great attention to details.
