Job Requirement
A recognized Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
Good communication and technical reporting skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Possess good numerical skills, sharp analytical thinking.
At least 3 years of work experience in M&E tender processes within the Construction industry.
Work location: Puchong, Selangor.
Job Responsibilities
Examine the contract documents and drawings for any discrepancy and potential claims throughout project execution.
Assist M&E Manager in Main Contractor and Subcontract implementation and interpretation of contract terms, discrepancies between BQ/drawings/specifications etc.
Assist in the tender process from the pre-qualification stage through to the final bid submission, award of contract and engagement close out.
Assist the M&E Manager in preparing the M&E Subcontract Progress Certificates, and finalizing M&E Subcontracts and Variation Orders during project implementations.
Assist the M&E Manager in preparing the Main Contract M&E Claims, and finalizing the Main Contract and Variation Orders for M&E work with the client and consultants.
Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
