As an Engineering Manager, you will lead, grow, and coach a highly competent team of mission-driven engineers. Your team will directly contribute to supporting our customers and collaborating with other IPS sites, helping IPS to accomplish its mission. Your contribution and performance will be evaluated based on the quality and pace of your team's output. In this role, you will work closely with other IPS site engineers & Design, and other cross-functional teams across the firm to identify opportunities and drive impact. Once you and your engineering team are established, you'll play an integral role in ensuring that KL offices are running effectively and efficiently.
