Work with product management, design, and other departments to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.

Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an engineer, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong technical background in software engineering, product development, or system architecture.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and best practices in software engineering.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
