Post-holder Qualifications, Experience
The successful candidate requirement:
University educated with an Honours Degree.
Recognised teaching qualification.
Evidence of ongoing professional development.
Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge and understanding of:
School curriculum – Early Years Framework, English National Curriculum, and IGCSE and AS and A2 Level curriculums.
EAL (English as an Additional Language) provision.
Current educational issues and up to date curriculum developments.
Application of effective learning and teaching strategies that attain high levels of student achievement.
