Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager, Enrolment & Admissions to lead our initiatives in student recruitment and admissions at ELS Language Centres.
This pivotal role entails overseeing a team of Sales Coordinators, managing the admissions process from lead generation to enrolment, and ensuring optimal performance through effective CRM utilization.
The ideal candidate will focus on achieving enrolment targets while delivering exceptional service to prospective students.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to enhance student recruitment efforts and meet enrolment objectives.
Manage the admission process, ensuring timely communication and support for prospective students regarding programme offerings and eligibility criteria.
Supervise and mentor Sales Coordinators, ensuring efficient follow-up on inquiries and leads.
Conduct daily sales meetings to assess performance metrics and address challenges, aligning team efforts with enrolment goals.
Oversee the utilization of HubSpot CRM for tracking leads, managing student engagement, and optimising the admissions workflow.
Cultivate relationships with educational agents and provide necessary resources to boost recruitment initiatives.
Engage actively in recruitment events to promote ELS Language Centres and attract potential students.
Analyze enrollment trends and produce regular performance reports for management review.
