As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a crucial role as part of the Revenue department in driving the end-to-end sales cycle of our enterprise client segment business, leveraging your expertise in people and human consulting within the realm of mental health benefits technology. We are looking for individuals who have held delivery and implementation consulting roles previously that also encompassed the pursuit and acquisition side of a client lifecycle.
This position requires a highly consultative approach and a strong project management skill set for very large enterprise clientele with complex needs, differentiating it from typical Account Executive roles.
Key Responsibilities:Consultative Sales and Solution Development:Collaborate closely with enterprise clients to understand their organisational challenges, objectives, and wellbeing goals & needs.
Leverage a consultative approach to co-create tailored wellbeing solutions that build upon Intellect's suite of wellbeing services in a manner that aligns with our clients' strategic initiatives and addresses their unique enterprise level needs.Client Engagement and Needs Assessment:Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify opportunities for the integration of mental health benefits technology solutions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to design and propose innovative solutions that build upon the Intellect ecosystem of services to meet client objectives.Solution Design and Consultation:Craft tailored wellbeing solutions that align with clients' organisational goals and employee wellness initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing consultative insights and recommendations on the implementation of mental health benefits technology.Sales Strategy and Proposal Development:Develop and execute consultative sales strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
Craft compelling proposals that articulate the value of our mental health benefits technology in addressing clients' specific wellbeing challenges.Project Management:Own and lead the end-to-end project management of client implementations, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of our mental health benefits platform.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations.Internal & External Stakeholder Management:Maintain clear and transparent communication with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to provide updates on project progress, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
Act as a liaison between the sales team, clinical experts, product development, and other internal stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure seamless alignment between client requirements and internal capabilities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Ensure a smooth handover to the account management team post-implementation for ongoing relationship management.Training and Education:Provide ongoing support and education to clients on emerging trends and best practices in the wellbeing space.Continuous Improvement:Stay informed about industry trends, mental health initiatives, and technological advancements to continuously enhance the value proposition for clients.
Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback based on client needs and market demands.
Provide insights and feedback to enhance internal processes related to sales, solution development, and client handovers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Human Resources, Business).
Proven experience in a consulting role with a focus on people, human resources, change management, wellbeing consulting, or a related field.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client implementations simultaneously.
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute on a strategic vision for clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Knowledge of mental health benefits technology and its application in corporate settings is a plus.
