Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong relationship management skills and always keep others updated You will require the following qualifications and skills Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience as a HCM Analyst/Consultant. Ability to develop complex OTBI & BI reports. Understanding of overall HCM modules. Must have good knowledge in Fast Formulas, Must have support experience to resolve BAU tickets. At least 1-2 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects. Knowledge in HCM Extracts, Integrations, SOA, OIC. Strong analytical skill and pay attention to details. Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules is an advantage.
