Environment, Safety & Health Officer

Requirements: 1. Obtain safety certificate from DOSH and green book holder.
2.Minimum 7 years of working experience in construction industry with at least 1 year in a similar capacity.( Sr. ESH Manager / ESH Manager)
3.Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction industry with at least 1 year in a similar capacity.( ESH Oficer)
4. Good communication skills.
5. Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
6.Able to work under pressure and long hours.
7. Knowledge in applicable legal and ESH requirements and practices.
8.Computer literate.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1.To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.
2.To comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the organization.
3.To ensure that applicable safety, health and environment legal and other requirements are fulfilled.
4.To promote safety, health and environment awareness and implement programs at work sites.
5.To monitor and control subcontractor's safety and health practices.
6.To enforce the use of personal protective equipment, and continuously improve safety and health practices at workplace.
7.To ensure good housekeeping at work sites.
8.To conduct safety and health inspection.
9.To ensure that applicable environmental legal and other requirements are fulfilled.
10.To monitor and control subcontractor's environmental practices.
11.To monitor the movement of workers, materials, goods, plant and machinery into and out of the project sites.
12.To assist the site personnel and workers on day-to-day implementation of the QESH management system.
13.To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
