Responsibilities:To oversee and hold responsibility for matters pertaining to EMP & LDP2M2 implementation on-site.
To support on the periodical environmental monitoring by Environmental Consultant and audit program.
To carry out ongoing inspection and maintenance at the identified point sources for potential emission/discharge/environmental concerning areas.
To carry out respective performance monitoring (PM) and maintain the associated Environmental Performance Monitoring Document (EPMD) accordingly.
To monitor sub-contractors' environmental performances.
To review and propose rectification action on any non-conformance activities recorded/observed onsite.
Prepare Environmental Performance Monitoring Document (EPMD) to describe how EIA approval conditions are to be complied with.
Monitor conduct of performance monitoring programmed and prepare Performance Monitoring Report (PMR).
Communicate status of environmental regulatory compliance to top management.
Advise top management on additional efforts to further ensure effective implementation of EMP including temporary pollution prevention and mitigation measures.
Submit reports to the Ministry of Environment based on EMP requirements.

Requirements:Able to speak and write fluently in English and Mandarin.
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Qualification with Competency In Erosion & Sediment Control (CESSWI / CISEC).
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in manufacturing or recycling industries.
Familiarity with Malaysian environmental laws and regulations (e.g., Department of Environment Malaysia, DOE).
Understanding of ISO 14001 or other environmental management systems.
Knowledge of waste management practices and sustainability initiatives in manufacturing.
Familiarity with environmental impact assessments, audits, and reporting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
