Responsible for compliance of the Environmental requirements at project site.
Responsible to update any new regulations announced by Department of Environment (DOE) / Natural Environmental and Resources Board (NREB) and other authorities relating to the Environmental.
Responsible to prepare all Environmental reports to Management and authority whenever required.
Ensure the Environmental programs and environmental controls is implemented at project site.
Organize Environmental Meetings at work site.
Organize and conduct Environmental induction talk to construction employees and sub-contractors.
Prepare and execute the approved implementation schedule.
Liaise with Environmental Consultant to carry out environmental monitoring / sampling at the interval as specified in the EMP.
To attend to, investigate and report any environmental emergency and accidents at the project site.
To collect, analyze and maintain statistics on accidents and incidents at the project site.
Carry out regular NISA assessment / inspection at construction site and report any non-compliance or potential non-compliance on environmental issue to site team and sub-contractors and coordinate the correction / correction action or prevention action.
Requirements :
Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience as an Environmental Officer in related field.
Proficiency in Korean Language will be considered an advantage.
Preferred candidate with license (e.g.
certified Environmental Professional in Schedule Waste Management (CePSWaM) & certified Erosion, Sediment and Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI)).
Experience in EPCC will be added as an advantage.
