Ensuring that appropriate training is conducted for all associates ;a)Proper handling of hazardous waste by those who generate it.b) What an individual should do when they spill a hazardous chemical or hazardous waste.c) Emergency Response Teamd) Staff training on environmental concern when implementing new processes2. Communicating with government agencies. A good relationship with governmental agencies is critical.3. Keeping up to date with regulations and there affect on plant operations.4. Conduct process audits and inspections of landfills, hazardous waste disposal sites and other environmental processes used by the facility.5.
