Environmental Officer (Kuala Tahan)

LOCATION OF WORK: SITE JERANTUT, PAHANG
JOB DESCRIPTIONImplement appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the workplace environmental, health and safety act.
Carry out health, safety and environment audits on the site operations to assess conformity and effectiveness of company's Health, Safety and Environment policies.
Prepare monthly reports accordingly to schedule.
Oversee, monitor, plan, coordinate and conduct environmental, safety and health activities, training and guidance.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant government issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science (Environmental/ Health/ Safety) or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of strong work experience with roads & infrastructure projects.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential.
