Qualifications & Experience
Cepswam or any ESG credentials or ESG certification (is an added advantage)
A green book registered with DOSH (is an added advantage)
Broad understanding of ESG-related Malaysia and International laws and regulations
Working knowledge and understanding of basic labour and working conditions issues and solutions applicable to the industry in Malaysia.
Operational experience in environmental, health and safety and/or sustainability (is an added advantage)
Experience in environmental, greenhouse gas emission reporting, and technical understanding of climate change issues and transition to net zero.
Strong analytical skills, plus monitoring, reporting, communication and presentation skills
Tasks & Responsibilities
Ensure the implementation of the company's Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) while working closely with the Group Director of Legal and Compliance.
Develop ESG-related processes and procedures for the group.
Develop and guide the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) and other value creation initiatives and policies based on ESG principles for the group of Hospitals.
Engage with the Group Team to support the completion of the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) and other value creation initiatives and policies in coordination with the Group Director of Legal and Compliance.
Collect and analyse ESG data for performance enhancement and reporting for the Group.
Support the Director of Legal and Compliance in the external communication with stakeholders on material developments in the company's ESG policies, procedures and performance.
Develop ESG training, guidance and toolkits to provide the company with the right ESG knowledge and responsibilities.
Communicate with internal stakeholders and explain key ESG concepts.
Support in the reporting of ESG incidents (e.g., accidents, bribery cases, property damage, etc.) and assist the Group Director of Legal and Compliance in conducting investigations.
