Metalwerks Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturing company in Puchong, Selangor, is seeking a skilled Powder Coating Operator (Sheet Metal) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art powder coating equipment to achieve high-quality finishes on a variety of sheet metal products.
What you'll be doing Applies powdered paint onto metal surfaces for durability and aesthetics. Prepare surfaces, applies paint and cures finished products. Inspect finished products for quality, including checking for detects or non-uniform finishes. Maintain clean and organized workstations, including equipment and tools.Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. What we're looking for Proven experience as a powder coating operator or similar role in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of powder coating techniques and equipmentAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamWhat we offer
