Equipment And Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for an equipment technician to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment across our store locations.
The role involves ensuring that all equipment is properly installed, maintained, and repaired in a timely and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities include:
Equipment Installation:Oversee the installation of new equipment upon arrival at various store locations, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
After-Sales Support:Manage all after-sales repair services for equipment, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Liaison with Manufacturers:Serve as the main point of contact with equipment manufacturers, coordinating technical support, obtaining spare parts, and ensuring product quality standards.
Repair Cost Management:Calculate repair costs, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions for equipment maintenance and repairs.
Technician Coordination:Source and manage repair technicians in different regions, ensuring timely and professional service delivery.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Technician or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in equipment installation, maintenance, or after-sales support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Own transport needed.
Required language(s): Malay and Mandarin; we are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.#J-18808-Ljbffr
