Equipment Engineer

- Collaborate with teams to enhance and implement new custom manufacturing equipment for products at various sites. 


-Deep understanding about Solar Cell production equipment in terms of design and maintenance, such as thermal system such as CVD, PECVD, LPCVD and corresponding automation system


- Work closely with engineering, RandD, and suppliers to improve custom equipment for better reliability, efficiency, and yields.


- Travel to troubleshoot and test automation equipment with vendors and partners.


- Provide technical input, review, and approval for validation documentation, supporting equipment qualifications.


- Support knowledge transfer and technical training for new manufacturing platforms.


- Use problem-solving skills to identify equipment risks and implement mitigation plans.


- Update equipment documentation as necessary.


- Exercise judgment within procedures and policies.


- Perform additional duties as assigned.


- Independently identify project requirements and develop schedules.


- Actively contribute during technical design reviews.


- Communicate effectively with the team on project progress and challenges.

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 5-8 years of experience, or Master's degree with 2-5 years of industry experience.


-Able to manage self-directed projects, maintain timelines, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


-Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take on new challenges.


-Proven hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting.


-Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.


-Proficient in speaking and reading Chinese.


-Knowledgeable about high-reliability, high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes.


-Technical writing skills for manufacturing documentation and process development.


-Demonstrated ability to influence and achieve results through peers and junior engineers.
