Job Responsibilities Manage team for the maintenance of the automation equipment Contact point for vendor for automation equipment status and maintenance Identify opportunities for automation within warehouse processes Technical support to daily ops in warehouse Spearhead maintenance and troubleshooting of all automation systems in warehouse Pursue vendor(s) for improvements and maintenance of the system if it does not meet the KPIs set out by the contract Standardize and manage maintenance system and programs Training and advisory to ops department in warehouse for use and upkeep of the system Review of system periodically with team to ensure reliability Preventive maintenance scheduling Verify all measuring equipment in good working condition.
5S for calibration certificate for all DWS in warehouse Coordination of spare parts and inventory management Sourcing for spare parts locally if required for quick turnaround Support and participate in continuous improvement projects.
Understand and identify problems from mechanical and electrical Investigate, rectify and provide potential solution for mechanical and electrical problems Coordinate and work with vendor(s) to rectify major component failure(s) on system Understand the complete system and provide support and improvements to the system as required by Operations Ensure all work is carried out in proper and safe manner Advisory on automation requirements and safety standards for system improvement Job Requirements Candidate must possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering with relevant knowledge in machine automation and process control.
1 to 3 years of experience in a maintenance team handling automation equipment.

Familiarity with preventive maintenance (PM), PLCs, and automation systems is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with vendors and NVMY.
