Equipment Overhaul Specialist

Responsibilities:
Undertake equipment overhauls and modifications as directed by the general manager, ensuring optimal performance in marine chemical production.
Support the production team by executing maintenance acceptance processes to confirm equipment readiness and compliance with operational standards.
Analyze service quotations against historical data and market predictions, recommending repair or replacement of parts and equipment based on insights from Ertek Chemicals.
Maintain accurate records of test procedures and results, performing routine analyses and calculations to inform recommendations for changes in equipment, products, or testing methods.
Conduct layout, fabrication, assembly, installation, operation, maintenance, modifications, and testing of mechanical components, apparatus, and equipment.
Follow safety procedures and industry best practices to ensure the safety of technicians and others during all maintenance activities.
