Collaborate with the China team to acquire in-depth technical expertise and knowledge transfer.
Train, mentor, and guide new technicians to ensure they acquire the necessary skills for equipment operation and maintenance.
Develop training materials and manuals for equipment usage and troubleshooting.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
Monitor equipment performance to ensure efficiency and address potential issues proactively.
Implement strategies for equipment optimization and reliability to support production demands.
Lead and manage the equipment team , fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams , including production and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
Stay updated on industry advancements to recommend and adopt innovative solutions.
Ensure all equipment complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies .
Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in equipment management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes, particularly in cable production or high-reliability connectors.
Hands-on experience with equipment setup and troubleshooting.
Leadership skills with the ability to train and guide technicians effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with international teams.
Willingness to travel for training or business purposes if required.
Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken) to deal with the management team in China and ensure smooth communication across teams.
