The role will be managing local and Asian Equities.Managing AIA Bhd.'s equity portfolio as per company policy and guidelines.Markets and sector oversights, and development of investment processes for asset class under coverage and tactical asset allocation.Management of local and foreign equity portfolio.Covering sectors and stocks – local and regional.Monthly report writing on market and funds overview.Reports writing on stocks and sectors.Engagement with relevant stakeholders on special projects.Ensure adherence to investment parameters and limits.Job Requirements:A recognized Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business or other quantitative fields.A CFA charter holder or an advanced degree holder in Investment/Finance/Portfolio Management would be an added advantage.Must have minimum years of strong track record in portfolio management of local and Asian equities portfolio and experience in stocks and sector coverage for both local and Asian equities.Highly compliant and meticulous in work.Understanding of local and regional capital markets and companies.Computer skills and is comfortable working with IT or technology-related systems.Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.Commercially oriented.Experience in managing regional equities will be an added advantage.
