Ergonomic Sales Specialist

Role Overview: As an Ergonomics Sales Specialist at Ergoworks, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our showroom, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and meeting monthly sales targets.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our brand and products.
Key Responsibilities: -Report directly to the Store Manager.
-Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a seamless experience for all customers.
-Drive sales by promoting and selling ergonomic products to both walk-in and corporate customers.
-Handle inquiries from customers both online and in-store, providing product information and guidance.
-Manage the POS system, process payments, and maintain cash float.
-Keep accurate track of inventory levels and manage stock in-store.
-Collaborate with the back-office team on all sales-related activities and administrative tasks.
-Address customer feedback and handle after-sales inquiries and service requests.
-Conduct customer satisfaction surveys post-purchase and follow up on feedback.
-Maintain detailed and accurate daily sales records.
-Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
-Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
